General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the acd8 platform and all its services. The words "acd8", "we", "our", or "platform" refer to https://acd8.lat and all its associated services. The words "user", "you", or "member" refer to any person registered on the platform.

acd8 is an online casino and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. By accessing or registering on the platform, you are considered to have given your consent to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms are consistent with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts will apply.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on acd8 and use the platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. You may be asked to provide proof of age at the time of registration.

2.2 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide the following accurate information:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth

acd8 reserves the right to permanently close an account if false or incorrect information is provided. Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.

2.3 Verification Process

acd8 reserves the right to verify identity at any time. This process may require a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal requests may be held pending until verification is complete.

Account Security & Responsibility

Your account password and login details are entirely your own responsibility. Refrain from sharing your account details with anyone else. If your account is used by a third party, all liability for that use falls on you.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the acd8 support team immediately. It is recommended that you change your password regularly. Log out of your account after use on every device.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into acd8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. An active mobile banking account is required for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Account verification is mandatory before withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if verification is not complete. acd8 may request additional information or documents if needed.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

acd8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of fraudulent or unusual transactions. The method used for deposits and withdrawals must remain the same unless acd8 grants permission under special circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at acd8 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is credited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Separate bonus terms may apply for VIP members.

5.4 VIP Program

acd8's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). VIP tier advancement depends on activity and contribution on the platform.

Gaming Rules

Slots, live casino, fishing games, sportsbook, and many more games are available on the acd8 platform. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting the game.

If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or connection issue, that bet will be refunded or settled according to the system log. The server log will be considered the proof of the final result. In the event of any dispute, the decision of acd8's technical team is final.

When participating in sports betting, please keep in mind that the outcome of any event is uncertain. Betting decisions are entirely your own responsibility. acd8 does not guarantee the outcome of any event.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses using multiple identities.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Taking advantage through false information or fraudulent means.
• Placing bets in a strategic manner that violates platform rules (for example, placing opposing bets on the same event to clear a bonus).

If evidence of suspicious activity is found, acd8 may suspend the account pending investigation. In cases of proven violations, all balances will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 acd8's Rights

acd8 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Extended inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory obligations.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time. Please contact the support team to do so. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the acd8 platform — logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of acd8. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using these materials for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software or games provided by acd8 is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against such violations.

Limitation of Liability

The acd8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. acd8 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors or server outages.
• Losses caused by issues with third-party game providers.
• Transactions disrupted due to internet connection problems.
• Losses caused by unauthorised third-party access.
• Service interruptions required due to changes in law.
